Ein sehr informartiver Artikel über den Cru Côte de Brouilly mit einem Steckbrief unserer Cuvée La Chapelle und ein paar tolle Rezeptideen als Paarungsvorschlag.
"Dunkles Rubinrot und mittlere Viskosität, etwas Cassis in der Nase, geschwenkt treten Aromen weiterer dunkler Beeren hinzu. Im Mund Sauerkirsche und Holunder, der Wein ist kräftig, dabei frisch und zeigt ein ausgewogenes Tannin. Mittlerer Körper und angenehmes Finale."

Un article un peu critique sur les vins du Beaujolais, les millésimes solaires 2015 et 2017 sont jugés trop riche et atypique pour des Beaujolais...
Andreas März, du magazine allemand spécialisé sur les vins d'Italie, donne quand même quelques bonnes notes pour une sélection de vins parmi laquelle se trouve notre cuvée "Reverdon" 2016 qui reçoit 2 cœurs !
