With a lovely pale pink hue, fresh nose and a fleshy mouth, this rosé is perfect as an apéritif and with summer barbecues.
This rosé, made using Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc, is the product of direct pressing after maceration of the whole bunches in their own juice for one day so that the white juice absorbs a little of the colour of the skins. After that, the wine is treated like a white. We vinify it in stainless steel vats at low temperatures.
Delicate fresh fruit aromas and light, tart flavours make this a harmonious and delicate wine for summer drinking. It’s great right through an al fresco meal, from olives to mixed salads and grilled meat, rounding off your repast with fresh red fruit.
This isn’t a wine for cellaring, we advise you to enjoy it in its youth in the first two years following the harvest.
